My sister-in-law gave me this easy to make artichoke dip recipe.  You can make it with ingredients that you have around the house.  Well, maybe except for the can of artichoke hearts, but since they are canned you can always keep them around in your pantry. It is easy and quick to prepare - see the ingredients and directions below: Ingredients: 1 can 14 ounces artichoke hearts – drained 1 cup mayonnaise (not a “lite” variety) 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Cut up the drained artichoke hearts into quarters, or chop them up even smaller so that they will scoop up onto a cracker when dipping.  Combine well all the ingredients and place in a wide and not so deep oven safe serving dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. You can serve this with any kind of dipping crackers or taco chips, but I like original flavor Triscuits because they are a traditional homey kind of cracker and so is this recipe. A double batch of this recipe will fill nicely my oven safe round serving dish which is about 12 inches across and 1 inch deep.
