You can roast grapes?  Who knew!?  Add the sausage and Brussels sprouts called for in this recipe for a savory side dish that nobody can resist. Ingredients: 2 cups red grapes, halved 2 cups Brussels sprouts, stemmed and halved 8 ounces link sausage, cut into ½ inch discs.  Or else use plain bulk packages sausage rolled into ½ inch balls 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon salt Dressing: You can use a little of my blue cheese vinaigrette or any light dressing you have.  Or just omit the dressing. Preheat your oven to a hot 425 degrees. Toss all ingredients in the olive oil and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. You may even want to use two pans.  Some distance is needed between the ingredients so that they will roast and brown.  If they are too close, the moisture they release will steam them not roast them. Roast for 25 minutes.  Scrape off the good browned bits for extra flavor into a serving dish.
